Philip Street, Hawthorne

CJ Developments completed a large-scale development on the top of Hawthorne hill.

Work completed:

• Lifting and shifting an existing Queenslander on the block.
• Cutting the block to suit the new town houses.
• Construct a 3 storey, 4-pack townhouse & a 3 storey 2-pack townhouse.
• CJ’s then built in under the Queenslander and renovated the existing building.
