Since our inception, our vision and focus has been to deliver high value renovation projects for our clients with the emphasis
on communication and attention to detail.
Colin has over 27 years of experience in our industry. His passion IS building and construction. He has methodically built this business to where it is today, employing over 25 people and successfully servicing many sectors of the building industry from large scale commercial through to residential renovations.
Colin is a dedicated family man and is very active in his local community. Among other things, he is heavily involved in his children’s Pony Club and Mountain Bike Club.
Colin Hughes
The owner of the business, Colin has many years of experience in Residential and commercial construction. Colin doesn’t believe in taking shortcuts and ensures CJs always does the right thing by their clients. Colin is very much a people’s person and is well respected inside and outside the construction industry.
Josh Sugden
Josh has been with CJs for more than 9 years and is one of our Lead Supervisors looking after projects and clients. Josh has an eye for detail and loves a challenge. Josh always acts professionally, striving for the best outcome for our clients.
Tim Watson
Tim joined CJs in 2017 and has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry. His role as Office Manager involves taking care of the payroll, invoicing, safety, contracts and staffing.
Graham Smart
Graham has worked for CJs for 10 years. As our Large Constructions Supervisor, he adds another dimension to our construction team. His specialty is large construction, able to deliver big scale projects from start to finish on time and on budget. His no nonsense style is perfect for taking on challenge of jobs this size.
