These clients reached out to the team at CJ’s Carpentry with the task of repairing a damaged front retaining wall. The repair also included the request to reshape the retaining wall to provide the client with a larger driveway area.

Work completed:

• Remove old retaining wall and driveway.
• Excavate land to allow new line of retaining wall to be built.
• Install steel I beams to engineers specs.
• Install new timber sleepers.
• Install new stairs and modify existing handrail to suit entrance to the landing.
• Pour new exposed concrete driveway.
• Install new screens to undercroft.
