High-End Townhouse Development
Balmoral, Brisbane
This was the first major development that the CJ Developments team undertook from start to finish. From buying the land, through to building the 5 high-end townhouses, it was an exciting project to work on and the end result was greatly appreciated by the Brisbane housing market.
Work Completed:
- Lift and shift existing Queenlander to the front of the block
- Build in underneath and renovate upstairs and exterior
- Build a further 4 more townhouses on the site
